Q: Which port are you going to delivery goods?
A: We usually delivery goods at Ningbo or Shanghai from China.

Q: What's your sample items? If I want sample to check with quality, how can we proceed?
A: We are glad to deal with customers' sample requirement. It's good to check quality at first.
In general, we'd like to provide few samples in stock at no cost for customers. But customers should afford freight cost for samples collection.
If customers have special requirement, For example, making sample according to customers' design draft; Or making sales samples with certain brand etc, we will charge for this sample cost.

Q: If I give you our unique design draft, can you guarantee our solo sales and never sell to other customers without our permission?
A: Customers unique design draft is welcomed. We surely can make samples for new products. If customer has own brand or any patent design, we will never sell or suggest to others. As a business partner, we will do our best to protect customer's benefit. Anything we can help about this, we would be happy to do.
OEM is acceptable. First check with our similar product quality, then evaluate the feasibility according to your draft, then quote price and mould cost, then sign a cooperation contract, then start this project... step by step to establish a smooth and reliable business relationship.

Q: What's your payment terms?
A: General products: 30% T/T as deposit, balance 70% paid before shipment.
Special products: 50% T/T mould cost, balance 50% T/T paid after confirmation; 30% T/T order amout as deosit, balance 70% paid before shipment.
